Abstracts should only be submitted online through the
May 20, 2019 (Monday) Abstract deadline for poster presentations
Authors giving a lecture or presenting a poster are required to register as a conference attendee (not booth staff) and attend the meeting. Payments can be made either by credit card or bank transfer.
A maximum of two Abstracts (one for an Oral Presentation and the other for a Poster) can be submitted. Otherwise only one Abstract will be accepted.
Abstracts should be submitted in English. Abstract body text is limited to 3.000 characters including spaces. It is possible to attach a file (3 MB max) with graphs/images (not in the abstract text body).

All presenters of oral contributions (excepting past winners) who are less than 35 years of age at the time of their lecture are eligible for consideration for Csaba Horváth Young Scientist Award.
Upon submission of your abstract, please select the box that states, "I would like to be considered for the Csaba Horváth Award". Candidates will be required to provide your id card (or other document) (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
We remaind you that April 29, 2019 is the deadline to submit abstracts to be considered in the competition for Best Poster Awards.
The author who submits the abstract will be considered the Presenting Author and is responsible for delivering either the oral or poster presentation if the abstract is accepted:
Poster orientation should be portrait (vertical), size 70 x h 100 cm and in English.
Posters will be fixed by the Presenting Author in the Poster Area at the Venue of the Symposium.
